How do I order a custom earpiece for my Bluetooth?

Click on the blue Shop Now button below the product offered. If placing and order for two or more earpieces, let us know if the earpieces are for the same person. If for different people, please specify the name and color for each person in the comment section before check out.

Once your order is received, we will ship an impression kit to make an impression of your ear. Mail the completed impressions to our lab using the postage paid mailing materials or to the address at the bottom of the lab order form. We will use your impression to make a reverse casting and return to you a custom made earpiece that will fit on your Bluetooth and are guaranteed to give you the comfort and convenience you have been looking for.

Earpieces can be ordered in a wide variety of colors. If no color is selected the earpiece will have a variable tan color. (The material does not cure perfectly clear.) There is even a glitter option for that personalized touch.

Love your earpieces. I’m in airports fairly frequently (often running) and this keeps my earpiece rock-solid in my ear plus eliminates much of the external noise. In fact, it improves the volume so much with one headset that I use, even on the lowest volume setting, I have to insert a piece of cotton in the canal to attenuate the sound. I have had a lot of questions over the past 5 or 6 years while using the earpieces. I’m definitely a vocal proponent of their use. I just received the custom ear gel for my Z9 bluetooth headset in the mail. It fits my bluetooth headset perfectly; and, most importantly, it fits my ear perfectly. It feels secure and comfortable and the sound coming from my headset is perfect. When I first considered a custom ear gel and the cost, I thought it was a bit pricy. But, in looking for a comfortable fit from a bluetooth headset over the past several years, I have spent a lot more money on different headsets than I spent on the AverySound custom ear gel. In the final analysis, it was well worth the money! I can't tell you how much more comfortable this ear gel is compared to the ear gels that came with my headset. With the improved sound and comfort, I can now use my bluetooth headset for long periods without any of the discomfort I've been experiencing for years!
