I ordered this about 2 years ago. I have the hard acrylic earpiece. I couldn't be happier. It fits perfectly, is extremely comfortable, and has the right amount of noise cancelling. Recently the plastic tube broke. I ordered the polymale adapter replacement for the broken piece and it's as good as new. I'm probably going to order a soft silicone piece as well for a spare, and am considering ordering a few kits for some friends to have their own.

I work at Zme. I've had this earpiece for going on 7 years now. After the initial week or so getting used to it, I forget it is even there. The biggest plus is I don't get any ear infections unlike the bippy ear pieces the govt supplies. Unfotunately after 7 years of 8 hour days the plastic tube connector has broken. I got my money worth easily.

It fits perfectly, very comfortable. I followed the directions and only wore it a couple of hours the first few days and agree that the break in time is necessary. Love it, wish I had order it years ago.
